DESCRIPTION:Presenter: Soojung Han (Assistant Professor of History\, Southwestern University) \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis seminar examines the process through which the Shatuo Turks and the Sino–Inner Asian world were reconfigured\, with a particular focus on diplomatic relations between medieval China and Central/Inner Asia. In doing so\, it seeks to reinterpret the relations between China and Central/Inner Asia from a diplomatic perspective during the period from the eighth to the eleventh centuries.
